Gil Johnson
Vice Chair
Gil Johnson is president and co-founder of Procurement Concepts, Inc. He has served as Vice Chair of the Centre City Development Corporation and was a board member of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and Chair of the Independent Citizens' Oversight Committee for the $1.5 Billion San Diego Unified School District bond measure. He was also a member of California's EDD Small Business Advisory Council, a board member for the San Diego United Way, San Diego Workforce Partnership, San Diego Urban League, CDC Small Business Finance Corporation and San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. He currently chairs NHA's Ad Hoc Affordable Housing Committee, the Children, Seniors Health and Safety Committee, the Nominating & Bylaws Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
